About Eve

I didn’t build my career inside a boardroom.

I built it in real time while navigating uncertainty, leading under pressure, and creating opportunity where none seemed obvious.

Years ago, I opened and operated a children’s drop-in play café that was a space designed to bring families & caregivers together, and strengthen community connection.

When COVID disrupted everything, I made a choice.

I pivoted.

That café evolved into a licensed occasional daycare during one of the most uncertain economic seasons small businesses have faced in recent times. It required operational restructuring, financial recalibration, regulatory navigation, and decisive leadership.

At the same time, I served for 7 years on the board of a local homelessness not-for-profit organization, stepping into the role of Vice President for 5 years and contributing to governance, strategy, and long-term vision.

And I did it while raising three children as a single mother.

Those years didn’t just build resilience.
-They built discernment.

-They built strategic thinking.
-They built leadership.

Eventually, everything converged.

The VIWC is where businesses scale.
